 Ohio DeMolay Leaders of Excellence is an intense workshop of leadership training and fun!

Education and Training are important parts of the DeMolay experience. We offer the “Ohio DeMolay — Leaders of Excellence (ODLE)” as an intensive personal growth, leadership development, and training laboratory encounter. This Leadership Training Conference is open to DeMolays (members, councilors, and registered advisors).  Your Registration fee includes: 

  • Housing & Facilities for 3 days / 3nights
  • Dinner on Thursday
  • Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner on Friday & Saturday
  • Breakfast on Sunday
  • ODLE GEAR
  • Snacks
  • Seminar Book
  • Other Materials

Registration check in will be from 5:00pm – 7:00pm at Lancaster Camp Ground

Master Councilor Path

Master Councilor Intended for those who desire to become Master Councilor. This path focuses on the skills, knowledge, and tools needed to earn the PMC-MSA.

Active DeMolay Advanced Leadership Path

For all PMC’s who want to continue their leadership growth. This path focuses on self-reflection, goal setting, and personal skills to continue as an effective leader and DeMolay mentor.

Active DeMolay Ritual Path

For all DeMolays who want to learn more, improve, and enhance their DeMolay ritual. This path will focus on the presentation of degree work.

Advisor Path
$125.00
This path is designed for advisors who were never DeMolays or are new to this role. This path will focus on ways to help DeMolays develop and grow in a safe and supportive chapter environment.

Advanced Advisor Path
$125.00
This path is for seasoned advisors. It will focus on the DeMolay ritual, effective advisory committees, and supportive strategies to help DeMolays achieve their best.
